First of all, I’m so glad you’re here!
Originally from Charleston, I moved to Greenville, SC at the age of 16 to attend the Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, where I pursued my passion for operatic vocal performance. I continued my studies at Furman University, earning a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. My journey took me briefly to Chicago where I explored improv theater at the famed Second City, but the mountains were calling my name, and they brought me back home. I have been watching the Upstate expand and grow for over half of my life, and I can’t wait to continue doing so!
I am a licensed Real Estate Agent turned Full-Time Transaction Expert with over 5 years of experience in the industry. I’ve always had a talent for organization, detail management, operational logistics, and problem-solving, coupled with a passion for helping others achieve success! In the industry, I have experience as an active solo agent, agent’s executive assistant, showing partner, and transaction coordinator. I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of a transaction, and I have honed my expertise in managing the intricate details, logistics, deadlines, and documents of a real estate deal.
Behind-the-scenes details are my bread and butter!
Transaction Coordinating is how I’m able to best use my skillset to serve others in an industry I love. I will be your “right-hand-man” in ensuring everything is moving along smoothly for you and your clients.
When I’m not diligently working the details of a deal, you can find me cooking or baking, fly fishing in the mountains, traveling to see concerts or sing karaoke, and spending time with my partner and our 1 dog, 2 cats, 4 chickens, and little slice of land in downtown Greenville, South Carolina!

Yes, I am licensed in the state of South Carolina! But no, I do not sell any real estate! I am in "Inactive" status. I stay on top of my continuing education every 2 years to stay up-to-date on the new rules and regulations set forth by the SC REC, but because I am in "Inactive" status I may not participate in practicing real estate. I do not want to compete with the agents I work with, nor do I want them to think I might.

For Pre-Listing services, after the listing is publishing on the necessary MLSs, I invoice my agents for the Pre-Listing service completed. Regarding a buyer or seller transaction, I don't get paid until you do! Simple as that! You will be invoiced for the transaction services after closing has completed!

My office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. I understand that at times I will be needed beyond those hours. I'm happy to remain flexible to work with you if needed!
